Had a real good stay for two nights, everything was perfect. Location of hotel was perfect and exceptionally nice and the shuttle to-and-from the liquor store was a big plus. We dined at a very nice nearby restaurant with local dishes.

The staff - some of them were busy.

The location was marvellous - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. All the staff members were helpful and pleasant.

Clean room and great location, but check-in was slow and food service needs improvement.

The rooms were nice.

The fact that after spending over 200.00 to stay there, we had to pay an additional 20.00 to park our vehicle. Insane!! I think you people should rethink that issue, the little things go a long way and I will never stay there again or for that matter tell someone about your hotel.

Had a blast with my friends! The hotel was super convenient, with awesome amenities. We enjoyed some rounds of golf and also tried kayaking nearby—total fun! The room was comfy for a group of us, plus there’s a café to grab quick bites. Highly recommend for a chill getaway with friends!

They should improve the cleanliness in shared spaces.

Location was good, not too far from Airport, Fashion Valley etc. I had a King Bed room and it was fine FREE INTERNET :)

Parking fees was a little bit high, but other nearby hotels charge similar fees. NO Shuttle to/From Airport No good quality restaurant (Bistro :S)

My fiancée and our 3-year-old were terrified. The front desk was uncaring, making the whole situation worse.

Overall it was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with so so carpeting.

The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a mini fridge that was handy. The AC worked well but was noisy at times. Upon check-in, I faced some delays and confusion with the room assignments. The bathroom had issues, like a fogged mirror and a broken toilet paper holder. One dirty towel was left upon arrival, and housekeeping could improve attention to detail. There were two bottled waters, but one went missing after housekeeping, and clarity on complimentary items is needed. Multiple USB ports would enhance convenience. the location was convenient for dining options nearby.

that was what i call welcome base for one night. everything was amazing, peaceful location close enough to san diego and zoo balboa park, helpful staff. loved the large queen room i was given, it had central heating, television and a mini refrigerator. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

The front desk staff were exceptional and made check-in a breeze.

Great location with a few drawbacks

we encountered issues with room comfort, housekeeping disturbances, and high parking fees. While the décor is modern, the noise levels and some maintenance problems detracted from our experience.
